Companies provide a wide range of exhibition stands, display boards and accessories. The traditional display systems are available as either folding or modular stands. Both are lightweight and portable with specific assembly benefits. All  boards are double sided allowing an alternate colour finish on the reverse.

 Folding Exhibition Stands

The folding exhibition boards are the simplest type of stand to set up. The displays are linked together with hinges allowing such exhibition stands to be quick and easy to use. There are two main types of folding stand: desktop presenter kits and floor standing folding. The desktop type consists of 3 main panels with a central header panel and are complete with a carrying bag. The floor standing type are available with between 6 and 10 panels. Standard panel sizes are 900 x 600mm and 1000 x 700mm. Triangular tabletops can be supplied with the 7and 9 panel displays. Square table tops can be created with 8 and 10 panel displays.


 Modular Exhibition Stands

The modular panel and pole exhibition stands link together with pole connectors, providing greater flexibility to add or remove panel sections. Popular board sizes are the same as those used with folding displays, but modular exhibition stands have more scope for bespoke sizes and shapes. The standard modular displays have between 4 and 10 panels which can be positioned either landscape or portrait. However, modular exhibitions can have an unlimited number of designs.

Both folding and modular stands can benefit from a range of accessories. These include lighting, shelving and digitally produced graphic panels.

Graphic stands fall into two main categories: banner and pop up exhibition. Both are complete with digitally printed graphics unless opting for the fabric covered pop up. The Velcro-friendly fabric pop up is similar to the folding and modular exhibition stands.

Banner exhibition stands are the most portable of the two and may be transported with ease on a train or bus. Pop up displays will fit comfortably in the boot of most cars and are quick and easy to assemble. Both types of graphic exhibition stands are 2.2m high and can be supplied in various widths. Popup stands may be linked together to form a seamless graphic or fabric wall and lighting and shelving may be incorporated into the stand to provide a truely professional backdrop. These are supplied in a straight or curved frame format.
