In addition, we assisted the rubber smallholders by providing them with timely price increases, regular advises through our field staff and seminars in order to enhance the moral of the rubber smallholders with a view to encourage them to bring in more land into plantation and also to supply quality Latex.,The intake of raw material and constant quality checks could be easily carried out with the well-equipped laboratory within the factory premises.,There is potential to obtain approx. Three Hundred Thousand liters of Latex from the existing rubber smallholder network per month,The two centrifugal machines has the capacity to produce approx. Three Hundred Thousand kilograms of centrifuged latex per month.,The Centrifuge machines (ALFA LAVAL) were regularly maintained in order to produce maximum with minimum wastage. ,The assumption of quality intake has given the factory stimulus to produce maximum quality with the existing machinery, which was accepted by our overseas Clients.,The factory has a capacity to produce approx. Ninety Thousand kilograms of Foam Rubber per month.,Electrical Transformer is adequately installed with a standby capacity generator in order to uninterruptedly adhere to the shipment schedule.,The company exports approx., seven to ten containers per month, complaints free from Horana factory to Germany, Sweden, Australia, Austria, Slovenia and Korea.,The Centrifugal section has three bulking tanks each containing a capacity of 14000 litters. Designed to conveniently unload from the browser through a gravity flow.,The centrifuge section has four Forty Five Thousand kilograms storages tanks to store for future production or for sales and it is designed to store for lengthy period with the convenience to load and unload. ,Adequate spacing is allocated within the factory to conveniently load the finished products to the containers for export sales. ,We can produce any size in this range 150x200x15cm.
