Corporate Agreement / Sales Contract:,?? Official Corporate Agreement is negotiated between our companies for the basis points of the business. After both sides agreed all the basic points in this Corporate Agreement, two parties will sign and stamp on it for the evidence to set up Sales Contract in the next step. All these basic points represented in this Corporate Agreement will repeated in each Sales Contracts.2. Quantity of items: ,?? The quantity of items will be ordered as per the planning of purchasing. However, the minimum quantity for each order will be 1 containers 40??? per 1 month. All of changes in the minimum quantity will be confirm to Seller / Buyer before 3 weeks at least.3.
